SCHEDULE
10-Week Empowerment Series for Women of All Backgrounds
*Schedule is subject to adjustment based on participants’ availability and/or changing circumstances.
Series Format (Weeks 1–9):
Hour 1: Mindfulness Practice
Explore meditation, breathwork, journaling, and other mental wellness tools.
Hour 2: Movement Session
Connect through guided movement to awaken joy, presence, and personal freedom.
Final Week (Week 10): Community Movement Showcase
Women will present a collaborative dance piece to friends and family—an authentic celebration of healing, resilience, and creativity supported by Dr. Nxumalo and other members of Zodwa Dance Co.
